The brass has been lovingly hand polished and double-coated with a sealant to prevent tarnishing & discoloration. Please note that many other makers sell raw brass jewelry; raw brass will tarnish quickly and is very difficult to keep clean! This item is available in two hand-polished finishes: bright gold and antiqued brass.
